1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Shyrd provides an SEO audit and analysis platform that allows users to analyze websites for search engine optimization issues. The Service includes reporting tools, keyword analysis, load speed measurement, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without permission. You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used in a harmful or abusive manner.

4. Subscription & Billing

Shyrd offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Free Demo

New registered users may run one (1) free SEO audit as a demonstration of the Service. This demo audit is provided as-is and does not require a paid subscription.

The free demo is limited to one per user account and may not be transferred or reset except at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or do not have explicit permission to audit.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any data associated with other users.

You agree not to use automated tools to access the Service in excess of normal usage patterns.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aspen Group LLC and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aspen Group LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SEO audit results are informational only and do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspen Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
