<strong>Audit Data:</strong> When you run an SEO audit, we store the URL you submitted, the audit score, and the full report data in our database, associated with your account.

<strong>Payment Information:</strong> Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.

<strong>Usage Data:</strong> We may collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity.

<strong>Technical Data:</strong> We may collect your IP address, browser type, and device information for security and diagnostic purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service including processing your audits and displaying results.

To manage your account, subscription, and billing through Stripe.

To send transactional emails such as account confirmation or billing receipts. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.

To monitor and improve the Service, diagnose technical issues, and ensure security.

To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and hashed password storage.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Audit reports are stored in our database and are accessible only by you (the account holder) and authorized Aspen Group LLC personnel for support purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

<strong>Stripe:</strong> We share payment-related information with Stripe to process subscriptions. Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.

<strong>Service Providers:</strong> We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

<strong>Legal Requirements:</strong> We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state. These are essential to the Service and cannot be disabled.

We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. These tools may set their own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and audit history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, typically 7 years).

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
